All server data transactions are logged and stored on both drive and tape backup for a minimum of one year.

All on-site backup is done on a physically separate internal network and all off-site backup is handled through 128-bit encrypted hardware VPN.

Firewall Policies
21 Productions (the hosting company) employs a custom hybrid firewall solution that utilizes both Sonicwall NSA hardware and a custom unix based log tracking software. All traffic is subject to deep packet inspection and port policy scanning on a hardware level, and is then scanned for brute force, denial of service, viral infection, malware and unusually frequent access failure. All attacks are tracked and logged via IP and added to the 21 Productions blacklist for a period of 24 to 96 hours, depending on the severity of the incident. The owner of the IP may access the blacklist management system to request premature removal or whitehole status. The blacklist management system can be found here.

This website is published in the United States. By visiting this website, by using services offered through the website, or by providing personally identifiable information, you agree that we may collect, use, and disclose your information as described in this privacy policy, including by transferring such information from the country where you live to the United States.
Spam Filtering
21 Productions (the hosting company) employs a custom hybrid spam filtering option that utilizes both Sonicwall ESA hardware and standard Postfix managed Bayesian spam filtering. All traffic is subject to deep packet inspection on a hardware level. All email that is tagged as offensive, malicious or containing well known SPAM related phrases will be instantly deleted. All other potential spam will be quarantined, reviewed and either deleted or forwarded to the final destination as appropriate. All mail servers that deliver email contrary to the domain's MX priority listing will be deemed as targeted spam servers and will be blocked on a hardware firewall level.
Subscription Management
All subscription services found on this site (mailing list, media accounts, update notifications, etc.) may be terminated either by a database driven confirmed opt-out system when applicable, or by emailing the main contact listed below. All database list systems are auto-managed hourly by the appropriate server for that service. IP and date/time information is stored for all emails added to a mailing list via web sign-up or double/confirmed opt-in to insure validity. All email accounts that are not validated are notified a total of three times by the postmaster to confirm the subscription and are otherwise deactivated if not confirmed. Prior to list subscription, email addresses are validated via HELO statement requests. All other email addresses resulting in standard compliant hard or soft bounces are removed within 24 hours. Emails are sent with DKIM/DomainKeys validation and have SPF validation at the domain level. All subscribed emails and mailing list content are checked to be CAN-SPAM Act compliant. Tracking Technology
This site may use server sessions, databases and tracking technology depending on the features offered. Tracking technology is useful for gathering information such as browser type and operating system, tracking the number of visitors to the site and understanding how visitors use the site. Tracking can also help customize the site for visitors. Personal information is collected via session when necessary (store carts, ordering information, mailing list subscription). Such information is only accessible by the owners of the site and the owners of the hosting company and will not be distributed without consent.
